“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then. There is no fridge in the room but you can get one for 5 francs or you can store items for free in their fridge. ”

“Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. ”

“C’est la quatrième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel près d’Estavayer. Le Parking est gratuit. Les chambres sont très propres et assez grandes. Télé avec nombreuses chaînes. L’hôtel a une épicerie qui fait boutique de souvenirs et un fast food. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable et conciliant. On a pu échanger une chambre 1 lit avec une chambre 2 lits. Le breakfast est diversifié avec du froid et du chaud.”

“Un hôtel au charme simple et au personnel accueillant. Typiquement suisse, propre et agréable. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement soigné.”

“Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large……

“Das Haus ist sauber und okay, obwohl schon "etwas in die Jahre gekommen". Eine sanfte Renovation würde nicht schaden. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse sind die Zimmer relativ ruhig.”

“L'hôtel ne dispose pas de service de restauration mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours pour se restaurer sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Par ailleurs il faut souligner le petit déjeuner qui est proposé sous forme de buffet et qui offre une belle palette de produits frais salés, sucrés. L'hôtel des Montagnards est une belle découverte dans la gamme des hôtels de Morteau. Je le recommande tout particulièrement.”

“Good stay ,happy with room size. Comfort bed and bathtub is big and clean. Not enough staff in breakfast to clean tables for new comers although breakfast is nice.”
