We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Overall, highly recommended as a unique travel experience. Neuchatel is such a quantity beautiful town that is so often overlooked!

La chambre est pleine de charme, et l'hôtel est idéalement situé. Les personnes de contact, par écrit, sont très serviables, et la personne chargée du nettoyage est très sympathique et motivée, merci particulier à elle. Un bémol qui me fait noter moyennement les équipements : il manque au moins une grosse casserole, si cet endroit accueille une famille, et (au moins) un deuxième verre à pied. Il n'y a pas 4 verres pareils, en revanche une dizaine de tasses pour boissons chaudes. Sinon tout allait bien.

Là bâtiment est magnifique et très bien placé. Un peu déroutant de n’être reçu par personne (sms). Idéal avec des enfants. Pour pouvoir cuisiner prévoir d’apporter son sel, huile car il n’y a aucun condiment de base! La réception de la télévision n’est pas bonne, donc ne pas prévoir de regarder un bon film au lit! De plus nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple et payé pour et avons reçus une chambre double! Heureusement que finalement nos enfants n’étaient pas avec nous, pour cela je trouve pas correct du tout! Le prix d’une chambre double n’est du coup pas justifié, pas de petit déjeuner inclus, une télé qui ne marche pas et la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne peut être fermée... heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas froid! Voilà un bel endroit que je recommande malgré tout cela car nous sommes des gens simple, mais déçu pour une fois que nous réservions un hôtel dans une ville !

The place is super convenient in the middle of town in the pedestrian only zone. This does not mean it is quiet... The building was not well insulated from noise - on weekends pedestrian noise can be rather loud.

FAntastisches Haus. Etwas seltsam, dass es keine Rezeption gibt, aber die Kommunikation funktioierte einwandfrei. Zimmerwar schön, schön, dass es Tee gab. Ich empfehle es weiter.

Fantastic

Great room great bed only need some hard cushions too soft. The owner Vito was there to meet me as it's self check inn no lift spiral staircase but was on 1st floor so wasn't to bad. In middle of the town. Staff where good room clean no complain will defnitly be going back there. Thank you for a pkeasant stay. In this beautiful 16 centary bed and breakfast

Das Loft-Zimmer ist für 3 Personen sehr geräumig. Geschätzt haben wir die kleine, feine Küche um das Frühstück zuzubereiten. Die Auberge hat eine sehr zentrale Lage!

Situation parfaite au coeur de Neuchâtel. Batisse magnifique et chambre spacieuse et très belle sous les toits. Malheureusement nous avons séjourné lors des fortes canicules et il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre. Petit bémol pour les lits une place qui sont des lits d'appoint. Et le clocher qui sonne toute la nuit toutes les quinzes minutes est bien dérangeant si on a le sommeil léger! Le petit coin cuisine est bien pratique. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Huset falder sammen

Hotellet ligger i en bygning med restaurant og da ventilationen ikke virkede lugtede der frygteligt på værelset. Desværre havde hotellet ikke tilsvarende værelser, så jeg måtte blive på værelset. Dette ændrede sig dog da der begyndte at komme vand ned fra loftet, hvilket betød jeg fik en andet og meget mindre værelse. Her var der ikke noget bord, hvilket ødelagede mit ophold, som varede tre uger da jeg netop skulle arbejde - med en computer på et bord.
