“This was our first time experiencing a bed and breakfast so we didn't quite know what to expect. The building was very nice and easy to access. Very cozy and quiet area. Room was perfect and very clean. Bed and pillows were delightful and extremely comfortable! The shower was amazing with great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious! “Our room was so cute and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. We really enjoyed the unique inn feeling and the staff were all excellent. We enjoyed the pub for dinner and the breakfast in the morning. My only real complaint was the bed frame at the end of the bed. Despite some foam for the top corners, it is still very easy to smash your leg into. And the parking was very small/tight, and limited, though they allow you to double park and leave your keys, so that staff can switch cars……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“I was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us. We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process. ”
