Ranch styled home, in a quiet neighborhood, totally remodeled in 2020.

We purchased the home in 2019, finished with a total remodel in 2020. We are located right next to the Historic Potters Mill, now know as Flatted Fifth BBQ, that sits right next to Mill Creek. Flatted Fifth is just a short stroll down the hill from our front door. Great food and live music on the weekends. We are located right next to the Canadian Pacific Railroad. We have a lot to offer in Bellevue!

This home is so cute! Beautifully decorated and the Fall touches just enhanced our stay. Immaculately clean! Close to Moquoketa Caves and other attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and Convenient

Eld's Place is a great cute and convenient house laid out very efficiently making for a roomy small house. House was very clean, updated modern decor, wonderfully decorated, and had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay there again.

Calming retreat

The home was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay while we were in town for my father in law’s funeral. It was lovely to have a calming place to retreat to between memorial services and visiting. We will hopefully be back again under better and happier circumstances.

Bellvue Ranch

Next door to the Potters Mill. Small but wonderfully cozy. Very clean. If you are passing through and need a place to hang for an evening, it's a prefect fit. I would stay again.

Family Gathering

My husband’s whole family gathered for the weekend and this home was the perfect location for his parents to stay! They were within minutes of our campsites, but still had all their creature comforts. Thank you!

Very nice place!

Had a great time exploring some state parks around Bellevue and this was a terrific home to base at! The Potter Mill is a beautiful building nearby and it is close to the shops and riverfront. House was super clean and decorated, and we had fun hanging out in the living room, cooking dinner and playing pool im the basement.

Cozy and comfortable, walk to town

Stayed two nights with my wife and another couple.The house is recently renovated, comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice outside seating area with a portable firepit. Short walk to historic Potter's Mill and recommend the BBQ restaurant there. Also walkable to town and the riverwalk. As mentioned in the listing, the house is next to an active rail line so expect noise from the trains, but otherwise location is quiet and a good base for enjoying the area.

Great value Rental in fun river town

Second time staying here and it was great again! The house is a perfect size for a family of four. Since the weather was so nice this year we barely were inside the house this year. But this offers a great place to sleep at night with ample space and it feels like home there. It is well equipped home with everything a family would need for a weekend away. The only downside I’d say about this home is its location in town is right by railroad tracks which can get loud for light sleepers at night and make sure any kids understand how to behave around active railways the walk downtown seems short but it takes longer to cross the track safely. Nothing you can’t deal with but wanted to mention we will be staying here again next time we are in town.

Will definitely book again!

We have friends in the area and have been on the lookout for a great place to stay, and I'm happy to say: we can conclude our search! Jayson's place was pristine, updated, conveniently located, and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be booking again for our future visits! It is located very near to the railroad tracks, and we heard a few trains throughout the night. However, we've learned to travel with a fan (for air movement and background noise), and the noise of the fan lessened the noise of the train, as well as adding much needed air movement in the master bedroom. Upon arrival, our GPS guided us to turn into the neighbor's gravel drive, but she graciously redirected us to the paved driveway just beyond, so...look for the paved driveway. :)

This property was great! Will for sure be booking it again. A bit nervous on what to expect being our first time using VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in on the level of cleanliness the property had, and the available amenities. We enjoyed the way we were able to relax in the house after a day outside exploring with much more space than a typical hotel room at a much better price! The kitchen was well supplied and the basement had games the kids enjoyed playing and would be a neat place to hang out in case of bad weather cancelling outdoor activities. Internet worked good, beds were comfortable, shower was nice, nice to have washer/dryer available also. Only 1 TV in house which is enough because Bellevue is not a town you visit to spend indoors. One critique is that the decor is a bit much. I mean it is nice to look at take pictures of but we had to move stuff off the tables to use them for practical purposes. The check out process was so easy it was a relief! After hearing stories about the level of cleaning required to exit a vaction rental I was a bit nervous of the process. However it was nothing more than general pickup like anyone should do and it was easy. the reason I gave 4stars for the area around the property is the train tracks are literally right across the road and could disrupt light sleepers. Didn't bother us though!
