“this was the perfect for 4 class of 1978 men on the 'guys weekend." The quiet location is incredible. we enjoyed the porch and the floating dock. We took the short trip to the brewery in Opelika and drove through the auburn campus as well.”

“Everything was nice and clean ,beds were comfortable. Very nice view of the lake. Kitchen well stocked. We were surprised by the amount of stairs. None of the pictures show stairs . I don’t believe it’s mentioned in the description. Youngest of our group was 71. The 78 and 81 year old have both experienced falls. Should make that more apparent in the description and pictures.”

“This was a last minute booking and they were great helping us get it arranged. We had another property with a pool booked but the pool was out of order. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Nice to have the pool and living room area to relax in. Kitchen was lacking in a few items (colander, hot pads, baking dishes).”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of room for my family. The only negatives I would say was the fact there was not enough bath towels and clothes, no dish cloth or scrubber, and I wish there had been outside seating on the dock. But the place was beautiful and very clean. The hostess was very nice and quick to respond to my emails or texts.”

“Calm, nice river view”

“The cabin was very cute and the location was nice, though there is a lot of construction at the end of the street. We really enjoyed going to Canyon Ridge Trails to hike. Our only suggestion would be to put brighter bulbs in the fixtures, even with all the lights in, it was extremely dark.”

“This home is beautiful and inviting. Eight adults fit easily with plenty of room to spare. Outdoor space is amazing. Kayaks were available for use. No hand towels or kitchen towels as mentioned in a previous review. Minor repairs needed which were mentioned to the home owner, but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of our stay.”

“The home was clean, spacious, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, clean kitchen, good TV. Had a touch of a problem checking in and it was immediately taken care of. Would stay here again when coming to Montgomery.”

“We had a wonderful trip! It was our first trip to Lake Martin and we couldn’t have been happier. This lake house was perfect for our family, and we were so thankful our furry one could join us! We all wished we could stay longer. The owner responded very quickly to answer our questions. We would love to stay here again.”
