Located within the gated community of StillWaters on Lake Martin, this tasteful townhome offers you and your guests breathtaking, panoramic, and deep water western views of the lake which make for great sunsets!

The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the lakeside of the home and has a king bed as well as a twin day bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, & the third bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed for the kids! The home offers a large living room with multiple seating areas, fireplace, a large dining room for family dinners and game! We have a sunporch, & covered deck providing ample space to hangout!

The Stillwaters neighborhood has a pool, tennis courts, and a playground all just a short distance away.

The townhome is conveniently located in close proximity to area restaurants (Coppers Grill, Niffers Place, Poplar Dawgs, Chucks Marina, Lake Martin Pizza and Oskars).

There are 4 TVs supplied. One in each bedroom and the Living Area. You can stream You Tube TV, Netflix or Amazon Prime from the condo accounts. Just switch the smart TV in the Living Area to your favorite movie source. High-speed WiFi is also supplied throughout the unit.

Boats and Trailers:
Due to the limited space and StillWaters Community HOA rules, boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site at the unit.
If you will need boat trailer parking, please contact your host for availability and assistance 14 days in advance.

The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Point Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter).

We have a shared boat dock with our neighbors but you have a private covered gazebo at the dock complete with a swing, exterior lighting, and ceiling fan. We also have a private floating platform with multiple cleats to secure your boat, as well as a jet ski port to easily dock your watercraft. We have 2 kayaks at the property for your use (we always recommend you bring your own life jackets to ensure proper fit but do have some provided in the deck storage box).
