We loved this house! Lovely little extra touches (extra soft throws) and all the important things (fireplace, comfy bed, huge master bath). We walked to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Great location near UCSD. Owners even had it decorated for the holidays. Would definitely stay here again.

Stephanie’s house was absolutely lovely and clean. It had everything we could have asked for for a week-long trip with family. We went to beach morning and afternoon, and enjoyed local restaurants. We would definitely love to return!

Great beach house

Great house a block from the beach- very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for 2 weeks stay. Well labeled and organized. Good notes and interesting facts throughout the home. Laundry was easy and accessible. Would love a drying rack for suits or tshirts. Beds comfortable- tvs work well. Great for a long or short stay. Can’t beat the location. Owner is very friendly and always reachable;) can’t wait to return;))

Beach Home Away from Home

Best rental we’ve ever stayed at. House was clean, well stocked and super-organized. Lots of little welcoming touches that made us feel right at home. Our 1.5 year old grandson loved the Christmas tree and playing with all the toys. Stephanie is a SUPER HOST! Thank you! Steve & Allison

Perfect home for a fun relaxing family vacation

My family chose to come to Encinitas to all get together and the Blue House was such a delight! Stephanie was a fantastic host, very communicative and pleasant and was diligent in making our stay as relaxing as possible! The home is located in a beautiful walkable neighborhood which was my main priority, close to the beach, restaurants, shops. I also really appreciated the extras the house provided, especially for the little ones! A pack n’ play and a high chair we’re available, books, toys, and all the beach toys, wagon, and wetsuits were so fantastic, not to mention the outdoor shower that helped keep the kids and the house clean. The house was great for gathering and family meals. The kitchen was organized and easy to find your way around when cooking, we all fit at the large dining table, and the fireplace made for a cozy evening when it was chilly out. Thanks for a great stay Stephanie! Hoping to be back one day soon!

Perfect Beachtown Getaway

Super clean and spacious property for 5 family members. Located within walking distance of many great restaurants and coffee shops. An easy drive to neighboring towns, La Jolla and San Diego. We enjoyed the air hockey table and electric commuter bikes. Stephanie was a perfect host and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Perfect house for mid-winter get-away

We shared this lovely, well-located, super-equipped home for a week with my sister & brother-in-law. The kitchen had everything we could possible need for cooking—including a Vitamix, spices, EVERYTHING!! Stephanie was a responsive & friendly host! The house was equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels & even a wagon. She even had yoga mats & blocks (with cleaning spray) that we used at one of the many nearby yoga studios. The location was ideal for morning walks, beach walks, & an easy walk to the many restaurants, coffee shops & stores in Leucadia & Encinitas! Impeccably clean, comfortable, with high-end towels, sheets, shower supplies! We would definitely stay there again!! Stephanie made everything SO EASY!!

Well equipped, adorable and comfortable home!

While the rain attempted to thwart our short get away, we still had a lovely time! Very close to the beach and walkable to coffee shops and stops. Lots of areas to lounge around the house with books, puzzles, tv, etc when the rain kept us indoors. Stephanie was easily available when we had a question. Great weekend with my sister and mom!

Can’t wait to come back!!

This house has everything you might need to enjoy a getaway with your family. The house was spotless and had all the essentials organized from beach towels and toys to kitchen utensils and detergent. The yard is beautiful and was a perfect spot for us to enjoy our morning coffee. The little touches from the host did not go unnoticed by any of us! The location is great! Walking distance to 3 of the beaches and multiple restaurants and shops. And the communication with the owner from beginning to end was a breeze! Overall a wonderful experience.

Exceptional home in Encinitas

There is so much to love about this house. First, it is the cleanest home my family has ever rented...spotless and well organized. (Even my OCD dad said to mention that he was impressed by how well appointed and clean this home is). Second, it is in a fabulous location in Encinitas. You can walk to the beach, to great restaurants, and into town. Third, it has everything you need for a family beach vacation: boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, buckets...and a brilliant outdoor shower to wash off the sand. And then there is the layout of the house...it has enough room for everyone to have their own space to chill out in. The master suite (with its enormous bathroom and closet) is at one end, and the other two bedrooms and another full bathroom (one with a queen bed and one with 4 bunks) are at the other end giving everyone privacy. There is an air hockey table my kids loved, lawn games, a spotless bbq, a great outdoor table we ate at multiple times and fast wifi. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect Family Spot

Stephanie is a fantastic host! The home is exactly as shown and even better in person. This home is a great environment for a relaxing, easy stay with absolutely everything we needed. Everything was spotless and well done with great taste. So comfortable and also incredibly thoughtful! Our family enjoyed every minute. the quality and the vibe were just excellent. Amazing

This rental is five star all the way! I can’t say enough good things about it! The owner Stephanie has gone above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket and note. Everything in the house is top of the line, well organized, and stocked with the little things you wouldn’t expect in a rental like good coffee! The two E bikes were so much fun to cruise up the hills in the neighborhood . The neighborhood is beautiful for a morning walk and close to the beach. Towels and sheets were soft, beds were so comfortable and the house is remarkably clean. We really enjoyed the home and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Stephanie for putting in so much care and effort- it really makes a difference :)

A perfect beach home!

We loved our time at this beautiful home! The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean and the host communicated well. Just a block or so from the beach and within biking distance to many shops and restaurants. The eBikes, air hockey, beach equipment all came in handy as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break fun in the sun!

My family had a wonderful time during our two week stay. The house was immaculately clean and the location was incredible. The Kids went surfing every day! Very close two lots of excellent restaurants.
