“The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real.……

“Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. ”

“The condo was very nice. Had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Was noisy during the day but expected to be since it is in the middle of downtown. I really liked how secure the courtyard felt. It was very pretty. The parking was fine. The only thing is upon check in having to park out front not knowing if you would get towed while doing so. ”

It gets loud.With that out of the way, this is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. The building and its history are beyond unique. The room and accommodations are really above and beyond. Very comfortable beds and full spice cabinet if you like to cook. “We had a wonderful time at this little urban oasis. The accommodations is basically a casita/tiny house with bedroom loft. Kitchenette has a sink/microwave/mini fridge and hot plate to cook food, along with coffee/tea supplies. Lovely garden to sit outside and soak up some sun or watch the rain fall. Conveniently located but also a quiet neighborhood to relax and recharge. Not the best choice for those with mobility issues since the staircase to bedroom loft is unusual. Personally found it……
