“This was a very nice place with lots of room and a great layout — all on one level, which was super convenient. I was traveling with my 83-year-old mom, so I really appreciated that it didn’t have stairs. It also worked out perfectly for my niece’s baby — plenty of open space for her to play on the floor.It’s an older home with some creaks, and you can definitely hear footsteps from upstairs (pretty sure there are kids up there). “Needed a weekend space for family members to participate & view the Boston 1/2 Marathon. This space is right near the start/finish line in Franklin Park which was perfect!While the space has a couple sets of stairs to climb, the rental was really nice. Super clean. Primary bedroom shower especially spotless! The bedding was wonderful and the beds itself were comfy. The bunk bed room is best for kids and not multiple adults since it's tight on space. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
