“This was the best place we have stayed in Provincetown. Location was close enough to walk everywhere and the accommodations were functional and very attractive. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal in the well supplied kitchen and enjoyed dinner in the spacious dining area. Attention to detail was incredible. “What a beautiful property, so lovely, perfect location and had everything we needed. So many positives; comfortable beds, really roomy space so lots of ability to move around and store items, parking directly outside for free, our own entrance and amazing kitchen facilities. Was great to be able to wash clothes too. Location wise it is an 8-10 min walk to the metro station then a quick and easy ride into Boston. "Staff is helpful, close to subway station."

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
