马萨诸塞的公寓式酒店

“Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a……

“Excellent location. We walked everywhere. Had all amenities and more.Read listing…does a good job of explaining the property. If you are looking for a Boston experience close to everything this is the place.”

“This was a great spot for our group. The air conditioning doesn’t really work upstairs, but there were box fans in the upstairs rooms that helped. We enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints.”

“My family really appreciated our one-night stay at this beach house. It was very clean, and they had beach supplies (towels and folding chairs). The one flaw was that one of the planks on the bunk bed was a bit loose, so my son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. But there were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5. We especially loved the proximity to the beach (only 3 blocks away), although the restaurants in that area were pretty expensive (probably typical for a beach……

“Right across from across from cape cod bay!”

“What communicative hosts! They made the trip as smooth as possible. The lock box was our only minor snafu. It took us a bit to find the right one because there are a few. But that was really nothing. The place was spacious, clean, and quiet for the city. They had coffee and tea with the fixin’s available. It was a great stay!”

“The property was a great choice for our stay. It was located very close to transit. There were four of us and it was a good space for that many people. The living area was small but sufficient for 4 but would have been crowded for more. The stairwell was very narrow and no one with mobility issues should stay there. The refrigerator was very noisy. Overall it was a new, clean space and the Host responded quickly when we had issues with the tv and the coffee pot. Parking on the street was……

“Can’t thank enough to Jorge and Eduardo for being such great hosts. The apartment is super cozy and close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, good and stores nearby. My kids loved it. About a 9minutes walk to Porter Sqr you can get easily to downtown Boston and its famous Freedom Trail. Supermarkets is about 7 minutes walking. Will definitely book this property again.”

“This was the perfect accommodations for my family of 6. We had plenty of sleeping space, a full kitchen and a comfortable living area. The apartment is ground level, which made entrance so easy. Peter was great and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Having a washer and dryer was incredible and made our stay so much easier. Just a quick few blocks to the T and a Dunkin'. Also, a really great donut shop right next the apartment building. I definitely recommend this space, we had……

“Amazing location, very cozy condo!”

“Fabulous location! Great stay”

“Very clean, beautifully updated and conveniently located place. Beautiful back patio area too! A very nice roomy bathroom with a washer dryer that was so great to have. Very comfy beds and main bedroom had excellent lighting. Murphy bed lighting was near but a closer or brighter light would be great. We had a terrific 3 night 2 day stay on the island. Edgartown is so lovely!”

“Great little apartment close to the centre of Boston. We loved the large kitchen on the lower level. The neighborhood is surprisingly very quiet. Parking a car nearby is a challenge but the owner has suggestions.”

“We loved it here! Host was very communicative and the place had everything we needed (and more). Loved the multiple keys (so we didn't lock ourselves out!), the attention to detail (bathroom hooks, cooking supplies, beach equipment!), and layout. Lots of room for our family of four (2 adults 2 littles). Felt friendly for everyone. Will be back!”

“The property was great! Located minutes of walk to the beach! We enjoyed the sunrise and the sunset! Perfect location to explore Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown! Wonderful owner! Recommend!”

“Great location. Very walkable. Easy, guaranteed parking. Only downsides were the mattresses on the beds especially the master bed. And the bathroom is really narrow. It's a good deal for the price though.”

“We had a couple of glitches but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely and the lake was incredible. The house is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. If you like peace and quiet this is the place.”

“Lo describiría como un loft decorado con excelente gusto, donde tienes todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadía. Sin embargo, al ser el basement… tienen muchos cienpies. El único punto negativo fue que el ruido que se genera de pisos superiores no permite tener buen descanso a pesar de que el host proporciona un Snoozy. El visitar Boston fue muy fácil ya que se encuentra cercano al Subway y los lugares recomendados para comer, fueron geniales!”
