“Our family of 6 stayed here to check out NYC and some area colleges. Our children are as tall as adults and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The property is convenient to the HBLR light rail and buses. It was great to have a safe, convenient and free place to park our minivan. The house was super clean and well stocked. The hosts were communicative, friendly and helpful with local knowledge and tips. Highly recommend!”

“This isnsuch a gem and I will be coming back. Curtis is so nice and he really cares about his guests. Neighbors are nice and quiet and the vibe is very homey. There is a lot to do right in hersey city- i work in manhattan sometimes and i took uber several tjme sand other times i took lightrarail and path”

“The property was nice and clean. Our car ended up getting towed while we were asleep although we thought we were very careful about reading parking signs. Host was very kind and immediately responsive about our questions. ”

“We took a trio because my daughter is moving to NYC but didn’t want to stay in the city because we drove in and was worried about trying to park in Manhattan. This apartment was perfect!!! It’s easy to get in and out of the city, the 119 bus stop is right in front of the house. All four bedrooms were super cute, very clean and very very comfortable! The backyard space was so fun to hang out and talk about the day! The host replied to my questions immediately and made our stay so easy. Parking……

“Large bedrooms and nicely updated kitchen! It was weird that both bathrooms were on the second floor, but it wasn't a big deal. The owner was very responsive and the check in/ check out was a breeze! Close to to restaurants/ lounges as well!”

“We were in Jersey City for a long weekend and this place worked out great. Close to PATH and walkable to many places. Was very new, clean and bed was comfortable. Host was very thoughtful in the amenities. Would stay here again! ”

“Great little gem outside Manhattan and downtown riverside Jersey City. Relatively quiet street. Other guests were quiet, room is clean, wifi, a/c kickin, great resteratuers in walking distance. The staff was super helpful as well. I forgot my key when I went out for lunch, texted the host and was back inside in no time. Super responsive to my mistake. I would recommend the Magnolia House to family and I would stay there again. ”
