“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. ”

“Great communication with the owner. Location is 2 blocks from the light rail station and right next to Miss America Diner for an amazing breakfast and atmosphere. I loved my stay. ”

“Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. “We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level.
