“Lovely apartments, with a great range of pools to choose from. The complex is right next to a small Souk and supermarket, which made it really convenient for us. Location is beautiful, on a private beach opposite the mosque, but the taxi ride to the centre of Abu Dhabi is around AED80 each way.
Staff were very helpful and rooms were lovely. We stayed with our three children, aged 7, 12 and 14, and they loved the freedom to roam the complex and the general safety of Abu Dhabi.”

"When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street.
The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel booking.
No matter how many times I expressed my concerns, their response remained the same: it was the only option available. Additionally, I faced at least 15 minutes of waiting each time I approached the front desk for assistance, which added to my frustration.
Overall, this has been the most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever encountered."
