“The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket……

“Nice comfortable property which is walkable via a pedestrian foot bridge to downtown Brunswick. First impression from the outside does not do it justice. Once you open the door it is an attractive single large open space with a seating dining area, kitchenette and comfy bed. We really liked it.”

“Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice.……

“We ahd a great stay in Maine over the 4th visiting family, eating good food and walking around in great weather. Great stay in Brunswick, easy in and easy out and all sorts of things Maine accessible. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free weekend in coastal Maine. ”

“We had a lovely stay here. Everything we wanted was just a short drive away…grocery store, marina, restaurants, & shopping. The living area was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The master bedroom was lovely with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space. There was also a TV in the master. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, no TV. Unfortunately, the drawers in that room fall apart when you try to open them to put clothes in. The……
