“The property is the definition of what you pay for. Not the best but definitely not the worst. It was a serviceable property. Spacious for sure. There is obvious wear and tear on the rooms with cracks, parts of shower not working properly, stains on carpet and sofa. “The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs.
