“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). “The property was exactly what we needed, we were going to a 76ers game and it was a short 10-12min drive. The house is very up to date and modern! Truly a lovely space! Parking is a little tight but we found parking right around the corner and our car was fine there the entire weekend ”

“The house was exceptionally clean and exuded a cozy atmosphere, with clear directions for access both to the property and from the road. However, the master suite could benefit from some improvements; specifically, a larger bed would be advantageous.
