Very quiet, comfortable and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were difficult to use and a ridiculous substitute for regular bottles. No shelf in the shower was also a minor obstacle. Finally, the shower water pressure was very low — way too low. How much water is saved when you’re rinsing twice as long?

I was told that there would be maid service every other day, I was there 3 nights..... no maid, no clean towels, nothing done to the room, but I was charged the same amount for 3 nights. I went down to use the pool...... the pool is RANCID !...When you open the door, the room smells, there is no water movement in the pool, the water is so cloudy you cannot see the bottom. No warning on the door that the pool is closed, the automatic lock allows guests into the pool area. Friday Night it was like a free for all on the 5th floor... kids running around, screaming ..... don't you have security cameras on all floors? why weren't the kids stopped. I will Not use this hotel again !

First time trying a Tru. Nice hotel overall. Our room was not as clean as the common areas. Towels and sheets had stains on them. Food crumbs on one of the tables. And there was a Y taped on the wall for no apparent reason. We traveled with our pup. They made me sign a waiver but I didn’t receive a copy of what I signed. I had asked for a ground floor room (lower level would have been fine). They put us on the 4th floor. Our pup is terrified of the elevator so 4 flights of steps each time coming and going was not desirable.
