Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
