“The OZ house was so much fun! Every room was decorated so beautifully to match each character of OZ. The house was a hit with all our family, those that lived in Alva, and those that lived in Kansas, New Mexico and Texas. It was perfect for an impromptu family gathering of 20. It became the house all family stopped at on the way to the various events. We highly recommend staying there! We will for sure be back when we visit our family.”

“I always enjoy staying at Karley’s home whenever work brings me to the area. It’s consistently spotless, comfortable, and incredibly easy to relax in after a long day.Karley’s home is welcoming, well-maintained, and always feels safe and inviting. I appreciate knowing exactly what to expect every time I book—an excellent stay with a wonderful host. I highly recommend this property and will continue to make it my first choice whenever I’m in town.”

“Great place to stay in Coldwater!”

“The property was clean, had all the amenities and separate bedrooms were great. The only even better if would be better air or way to circulate to the other two bedrooms. It was a warm weekend. I would stay in again.”
