“Absolutely stunning hotel we love staying here . The only negative thing is paying for the parking which I feel should be in with the cost . The breakfast at £19.50 is quite costly you have lots of choice but still feel it’s rather high . That said it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again it’s beautiful , the staff are all so lovely and helpful . We will definitely be booking again for our Christmas stay ”

“There is a 24/7 Tesco store just next to the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, you can easily excess any attraction in walking distance. Very convenient and comfortable hotel.”

“Hotel was lovely, very clean and the food was great, the only complaint was the car park charge of £15, we refused to pay it and park in a local council carpark very close for £5.”

“A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. ”

“Access was excellent.Very clean.Particularly liked the old and new buildings combined.Would have liked to sit up to a table and eat in the reception cafe bar.Difficult eating a meal from an easy chair onto a coffee table.These could easily be situated in the old building.THis is not a complaint.!!!!”

“Visited this hotel 3 times and been very happy , The last visit though the room had no heating which we were told they would report fault Due to sash windows and single glazed it did not help , Will still use it lovely views ”

“Die Unterkunft war wirklich nett eingerichtet und der Gastgeber Paul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ca. 20 min mit dem Bus von Liverpool Central entfernt und liegt in einer leider nicht so schönen Gegend. Das Bussystem war für uns eine Herausforderung und leider haben wir immer sehr lange gebraucht um vom Stadtzentrum wieder ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben, es gab im Hotel eine Klimaanlage und saubere Zimmer. ”
