“Loved the lodge so much, it was clean and family friendly. Provided a cot for us which was super helpful. Perfect for me and my little one to play on the campsite too.”

“Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to……

“It had all the comforts of a home! Full kitchen, TV with plenty of channels to choose from; electric fireplace; very cozy. Quiet location, met friendly people at both local pubs. Landlord was easily available and helpful. Bedding was too warm for us. Would have liked a lighter comforter or blanket and a small bar of hand soap in the bathroom. ”

“I'm afraid that we're extremely disappointed with the state if this property. It smells of damp and water ingress everywhere, with stains and skirting hanging off, there's an overpowering smell and generally uncleandownstairs bedroom. I'm not sure how you can charge for this. ”
