The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, but quite a bit outdated. There were small pieces in the floor that were missing. It definitely needs to be updated- carpet, painting, etc. Bathroom was small but clean. Shower head needed replaced, only put out moderate spray. Food was good and service was excellent

If you have to find a place to sleep, the beds were at least comfortable. However, it was not clean, the bathroom had mold on the walls and all over the baseboards, the room smelled horrendous and it simply was unkept. The staff was kind and courteous.

The best part was breakfast. We had the best server and everything tasted great. The room was not great. Very dirty, looks very run down and not up to date. website not updated. We were expecting a lounge and restaurant and both had been closed for months.

Had to change rooms twice due to leaky air conditioners. Trash (mostly beer cans) was overflowing from the cans each evening. Shady looking characters always hanging out by the doors. It seems like they were doing long term rentals which should be disclosed up front.

This is a well worn budget hotel in a place with very few other options. It is being kept as clean and kept up as best they can, but there is definitely where and tear in the rooms and in the common area areas. Do NOT come here (Gallipolis)with an electric vehicle, they really are no chargers, especially if you have a Tesla The breakfast was about normal for a breakfast, but it’s not all you can eat. They serve you, which is sort of nice.
