Good stay in Penang

Well located hotel with nice room in central Penang. Clean and peaceful to sleep. Some issues at checkin (AC control and taxes payment), but sorted out quickly. Overall a solid place to stay.

Hotel WiFi failed all the time

Stayed 2nights,the hotel WiFi was still failed to connected on and their guy did not solve this problem. Outside the hotel, there were some noises happened during to the midnight.

Bad customer service in penang

The room is hot in day time & air cond is not working properly. The man at the reception refused to change the room and told us all the room are the same.He give us another room card to keep the air cond running while we go out for dinner. After 3 hours, we come back and the room is still warm. The night shift staff speak foul language when we ask to change to another room. Also he trick us to go up and down 3 times to change the card/pouch/breakfast coupon tjen change another room for.us. We have over 20 years experience of travelling and never see something like this before. We should tell everyone we know that penang should not be on yr list of travel

優點:交通方便, 行不到十分鐘, 便是巴士總站 和渡輪碼頭, 還有附近便是境點和夜市. 決點:到逹後 check in , 接待處的男職員找不到我們的訂房紀錄, 幸好找了很久後才找到, 另我們虛驚一場,到我們 check out 時, 要我們交出白色收據才可取回按金, 但是我們没有什麼收據, 最後, 酒店職員找到那收據, 原來是 check in 時那男職員没有交給我們, 又虛驚一場.

booking是有免費上網，但到酒店Wifi是要付費(RM10)，地點方便，靠近碼頭，靠近姓氏橋。房間清潔舒適，服務人員貼心有禮。冷氣夠，水夠熱。

It is very near to murals area,food and transportation. Same breakfast served everyday while we stayed here (eggs,sausages,baked beans,toast,coffee/tea). Ok for the price.

GOOG location but very poor maintenance

Near bus terminal and the old city yet away from main hustle. Breakfast food and service good. But the cleaning very bad: I asked for room cleaning once only in 5 days but nothing was cleaned: not the bathroom, nor the tables and glasses; they only changed the sheets and towels. As for the guy at the reception, he was a real useless jerk, making mistakes all the time: wrong dates on my breakfast tickets and failing to extend my stay as I had requested, and never ever apologizing.

Worse hotel ever

I haven't checked in the hotel, when I arrived the hotel they said sorry we don't have any rooms available and they sent me to another hotel nearby called Hotel19 . The hotel 19 was worse than you imagine, they give me room in 4th floor (410) and the elevator was out of service. I have check out and till now I am waiting for my refund.

good city location

Hotel in very well located. Can not be better. 2 min. walk to Jetty bus station. All local busses start there. Every sight is within walking distance. Breakfast is eather toast, egg and beens (asians loved it) or nasi lemak (rice, boiled eg and hot sauce) which i prefered. Once they forgot to clean our room, we complained. And than they done it. Wifi is acceptable but sometimes we had problems.
