“ В готелі все, чим ми користувалися, було на високому рівні. Привітний персонал, великий чистий сімейний номер, зручні ліжка, добрий інтернет, хроша спа-зона з басейном і джакузі, велика підземна парковка, зручна локація для користування громадським транспортом для відвідування центру, тихий район. Єдине, чи м не користувався і не можу надати відгук - це сніданки і ресторан. Сніданки в готелі достатньо дорогі і ми снідали в ресторанчику неподалік, а обідали і вечеряли завжди в центрі.”

“Je suis venue rendre visite à ma famille avec mon enfant de 3 ans. L’hôtel était parfaitement localisé près de plein de différents transports (RER, TGV, bus, taxis/uber) avec des airs de jeux et un parc trampoline. Les restaurants et commerces sont aussi très proches et variés. L’hôtel en lui même est propre, le service impeccable et la chambre nettoyée et déstockée tous les jours. Tout était parfait!”

“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“great hotel with nice pool and garden not very flexible with breakfast schedule even in summer but you can easily walk to the area in town where cafes and brasseries are. check in staff upon arrival was not very nice or welcoming even though it was only 7 pm ”

“We were initially hesitant about staying at this hotel due to no air conditioning units inside the rooms in the middle of a heatwave. However, they provided working fans in each room, which made our two-night stay manageable. I can't remember the name of the lovely woman from Senegal who checked us in and out, but she truly made a difference in our experience. Her professionalism, hard work, and attentiveness were impressive. Thank you to her for making our stay more enjoyable”

“Des règles appliquées à la tête du client , un petit déjeuner chaotique sur deux jours , manque de considération envers des clients qui vous sont fidèles depuis 7 ans , carte du room service pas assé conséquente, tres peu de propositions pour les enfants , la piscine est dans un état déplorable , faillance manquante , debris dans au fond de la piscine , NON RESPECT des horraires indiqué. La chambre était d'une propreté inégalable encore merci aux femmes de chambres , le chef prépare de très bon……
