“Personnel très sympa, mais une odeur de bouffe quasi permanente le jour et la nuit. La nuit n’est pas forcément très chère mais 19 € le petit déjeuner pour un bout de pain et un café pris dans le bar à côté. C’est vraiment du vol pas de charcuterie, pas de fromage, pas de yaourt, pas le choix de la confiture, pas le choix du café, pas le choix du jus de fruits c’est vraiment prendre les clients pour des idiots. Pas de place pour se garer. Pas d’ascenseur. Pas de possibilité de régler la clim……

“Le croissant et pain au chocolat n’étaient pas tout à fait frais. La baguette l'était. Près du métro et personnel vraiment très gentil. Beaucoup de commerce à proximité, boulangerie, restaurants et épicerie. ”

“The apartment itself is nice however upon check out we left rubbish in our bin and some plates on the draining board. The lady at the desk made us go back and put the bins out and put the dishes away (dishes I can understand but this then means they are not cleansed properly for the next person staying). There were Two different receptionists, one was very kind and polite the other was very rude and ignorant. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on breakfast as all they had to offer was……

“The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.”

Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
