"An excellent hotel with excellent staff. Loved the spa as well."
"The hotel is beautiful from the outside, and spledid from the in. We got greeted by an amazing member of staff on receptionj, that made us feel genuily welcome. Room was outstanding. Whilst we paid for breakfast, we did not rise becaurse the bed was so comfortlble. We hope to return to Leeds again and the Queens hotel."
"Hotel was lovely!!! Clean rooms and public areas of hotel. Plug in sink didn’t hold water which was a problem for sterilising baby’s bottles and the beds were a little hard. Everything else great though, staff in restaurant/var particularly lovely for drinks and at breakfast! "

"We booked for a long weekend away, receptionist Zaineb was brilliant, really helpful and always cheery. Room was a good size, and bathroom too. Would definitely stay again."
"Hotel is a great location, lovely walk into the city centre or catch the bus. Staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast os tasty and plentiful. The only thin that lets the hotel down is the outside, aesthetically its not the nicest looking hotel once inside its absolutely fine. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was fine for 2 adults and 2 small children. Only minor complaint was the parking appeared to be over subscribed but we managed to deal with this"

"Very welcoming at reception, lovely restaurant & bar area. I stayed with my daughter and granddaughter in a room with a queen bed & a sofa bed, both were very comfortable- large tv screen & mini fridge. We had a very enjoyable weekend."
