We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again."

Lisa was alwsys very quick replying if we reached out to her. We had hoped for snow but since it didnt snow the indoor pool was a great option. "Renting this property was a pleasure. The owner responded very quickly to all correspondence. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and bedrooms are a nice size. The office was very comfortable for our guest that needed to do some work remotely. The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed the water feature and the fire pit. Beautiful views from the front and back. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future."

The pictures don’t do it justice, we were blown away when we arrived. You can tell the owners take extremely good care of their vacation home. "This house was awful in every way. The kitchen was not only not properly stocked to cook in but it was filthy with rodent feces in all of the cabinets and drawers. The stove did not work and smelled like there was a gas leak. The carpet was so stained we had to wear shoes the entire time. There were not enough towels for everyone to have their own after a shower. We also had to wash the dirty towels that were left from The guests before us!! The sheets were very obviously not washed either....
