We arrived late, even after calling the property and letting them know we were coming late, once we arrived the room was not ready. I had to wait for 25 minutes for the floor to dry. In the end, i had to get a mop for myself and dry the floors. So far so good, but the biggest problem was the sheets, they were stained, dirty and full of hairs from previous uses. When i asked the front desk, their solution was to give me clean sheets but i had to change them myself. They also proposed a new room, which at 11:00 pm and after a 10 hour drive seemed the fastest solution to finally rest. Well....the new room had no AC or pillows, and it was 30 degrees. They assured me i was getting the best room in the morning, and i agreed out of tiredness and boredom. Needless to say, i had cero rest that night, and at the next morning the "best room" was the same i was given the day before but properly cleaned and taken care of. I guess i was lucky on the first day that the "best room" was the one i was assigned. However, the fridge was not working and they said they would find a new room....2nd day...no problem solved. I left at 11 am waiting for the hotel staff to solve my problem and move my things, which never hapenned. I received a call at 2:00 pm that they needed me to move so they could clean the room and sell it....i was 2 hours away. My problem was solved at 10:00 pm on the second day...out of 3 i stayed there. This property is extremely dirty, smells of smoke and urine (I witnessed one peeing at the corner inside yhe gorund floor hallway). This location has many trash looking and homeless looking quests. It makes me think this motel is used by thr government to house homeless people. If you can, stsy away from this location.

They have the heat cranked up and don’t let you use the AC till later in the spring , the breakfast was also a stale bagel and a granola bar I could of used as a hammer.

Rooms are smaller than usual but at the end it does the job and you can stay in decent night's Clean rooms and washrooms but not enough shampoos and towels. But overall motel 6 was better than some other places we tried before.

Second time staying her and both times INSUFFICIENT BEDDING. Froze both times. One top sheet, covered by a thin blanket, cover by another top sheet. Thats only half made in my experience butvthats they way they do here. Perplexing. No extra blankets in the room, no comforter or quilted bedspread. Very uncomfortable. Also key card didnt work the first time, had to run back downstairs with my luggage to get a replacement at 12:30am when I arrived. No biggie but incovenient. Otherwise a normal stay.

The only thing that seems good is one of the staff (Casandra, she was all shade of good). The reservation is supposed to come with breakfast and the hotel said they didnt have breakfast on June 30th; that they dont have stock. The hotel apparently will package a sort of breakfast for people without asking what you would really love to have for breakfast. The internet of the hotel went off for about 24hours and the front desk kept saying they had technical issues for close to 24hours which is ridiculous. Even when the internet service seems to be working, you can barely enjoy whatsapp conversations as it was extremely poor. I wish I had seen all of this from previous reviews, I would have not lodged at the hotel. I will also recommend that there is an evaluation of the hotel and also reward Casandra because she has a good customer relation. Thank you

The room was ok. It was clean and with good AC Fridge did not work. They only offered breakfast the first two days. And the rest did not happen. But what really makes the rating go down. Is the sketchy people around the parking lot. It made it seemed a crackhead hotel. The police was there when we arrived. And the fire Alarm went off the very first night. There was a guy with a scooter inside the hotel insulting the clerk complaining that the police was there. The staff on the other hand was very profesional and very nice.

The advert on expedia said it included breakfast. However when morning came "the fellow who deliver the breakfasts has not arrived . He will arrive shortly" However, when we checked out 2 hours later he still was expected "very soon"!

Old parents with leg issues have to climb three stories. They should have 2 elevators. Understandable machine breaks but this big hotel should have atleast 2.
