"Staff were amazing, having a washer and dryer available on the second floor was very helpful, and while the room itself was good, we were worried about the warning of tripping a fuse by having too much on at once as well as the pealing wallpaper and wobbly walls in-between the beds. Otherwise, the rooms were good! "

"The Ave is located a stone’s throw away from JR Tennoji station and is a good choice for a comfortable but no frills stay. Like with most hotels in Japan, the room was tiny but functional. People who are overweight or over six feet tall may not be able to fit on the bed, though. The bed is ok for two slim adults though. "

"This is a great place to stay for a couple days. Its right next to a bunch of intersting places and about a 30 min walk from dotenbori. The room had enough space for me and my things, and great amenities. I'd recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area."
