Located on the 12th green of the Desoto golf course, this two-story home is definitely up to par! On the main level you'll find the main living room, dining room, a beautiful kitchen with a commercial grade Keurig, the Master en-suite, an additional half bath, laundry room and deck, propane grill and seating. Downstairs is another living area, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There are four brand new beds purchased May 2023, also a new recliner, sofa, sofa bed and house wares. There is also a backup Charcoal Grill and back up propane tank to ensure grilling success! With a 2-car garage and long driveway, there is plenty of parking.

If Crystal Mining is your thing, you are welcome to use the crystal mining tools and we've provided an area in front of the house with a hose to clean your crystals!  Please do not clean the crystals in the house as the red clay stains everything and plugs the plumbing!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
