“I booked a non-smoking room. However, I could smell the smoke even after opening the door for ventilation for a few hours. The cleanliness of the bed could be improved.”

“Staff was super nice and friendly. Our was a little beat up looking. There was brown smudge up high on the walls above the beds plus therr was somewhere underneath one the beds was no going to attempt to figure it out. ”

“Nice friendly receptionist. She helped set the tv channel for us. ”

“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“This is our go to place when visiting the Norfolk and Hampton area. Check in is always smooth. Rooms are clean and updated. ”
