“It was the typical older smoke filled casino. Didn’t utilize any services or amenities but the facility and room had a strong smoke smell and the room had a mixture of weed smell mixed in. One night- we were one and done. Was hoping to stay awhile as my husband is in the area for work but it wasn’t worth it with the smell. Also, thin walls. Heard a guest urinating alone with the dribble at the end.”

“Outdated, rooms very poor, night shift helpful, day shift staff was not the best. Issues with dogs with guest not being able to get rest the whole stay very disappointed. Casino part was spacious and clean.”

“Room was super outdated and old! Room had an old, musky, stale smell. There was dust on the room phone and chargers. Bathroom was small and sink was stopped up. Water pressure is low. Requested extra towels from guest services and never received them!! Tv also stopped working. Room not worth the money or deposit! Only stayed for one night!”

“20.years over due for a remodel, staff was unfriendly.”

“My stay was excellent. Loved everything.”

“We Love this hotel. It is convenient to our route to see family in Tennessee. Great room accommodations and we appreciate the breakfast included in the room rate.”

“Breakfast is just dry cereal and coffee. Traveling as a woman and two children I didnt feel safe with people drinking beers outside 50 ft from our door.”

“Room was clean and updated, staff was great 5 stars all around.”

“On a one-week road trip we stayed at three different chain hotels. This was by far the best room of the three. Great lighting, plenty of charging options, spacious room, lots of surfaces to put luggage, even options for firmness of pillows. And the breakfast was great!”
