“Everything was great from staff to food. Only thing I wasn’t able to do is tie into secured WiFi. But, the open wi fi worked. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had NO hot water!!! Staff was less than hospitable and did not make any attempts to compensate for the inconvenience of no hot water for showers ”

“Our room was very comfortable. It was nice and clean. The nightstands have built in electrical outlets for charging your phone overnight. The TV was larger than most hotels and was mounted on the wall, giving more space on the dresser, which was a nice touch. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, as well. We will definitely stay again on our next time traveling through West Memphis.”

“Very good hot breakfast with many variety. Fresh fruit too. Parking was easy and spacious. Right off the highway makes for easy off and easy on. Room was clean and spotless.”

Hotel was very clean, vinyl floors, great bed and pillows, covered pool (towels provided) open to outdoor seating area with bbq and firepit, big hot and cold selections for breakfast that were kept replenished, individual cup ground bean coffee, tea selection, still and sparkling water dispenser, snack shop, clean laundry facilities, ample parking and easy access to Memphis, fridge in room but no freezer, big……

“First stay at a Candlewood and we were very impressed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good sized room with a good kitchen layout. TV was simple to use. Fantastic coffee machines in the foyer with great coffee. Zero sound in the room so had a great sleep. Will definitely stay at Candlewood again. Alsp bacon for breakfast was awesome. ”

“It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him……
