“Room was small, breakfast, ok, staff nuce.”

“Communication was slow and inefficient (they only replied a message in three days or so). Arrived late on the day and already told the camp site, then found that they didn’t provide the self check-in code as they thought payment was missing. Contacted hotels.com staff who was so nice to fix that. Upon checking in, the amenities were on a rather self service basis, That’s not too much of a problem, but we didn’t expect to put together even the beddings by ourselves by paying not a cheap amount of……

“Super nice, very convenient small plying area for children’s very clean.”

“Mooi, modern hotel. Interieur warm en sfeervol. Mooie grote kamer met 2 fauteuils grote tv, koffiezetapparaat en minibar. Alleen jammer dat er geen horren voor de ramen zaten. Een mooie, ruime badkamer met dikke handdoeken. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Het restaurant heeft een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht over Hemsedal en omliggende bergen. In het restaurant gegeten, eten was prijzig maar erg lekker. Het enige negatieve is dat we bijna een uur moesten wachten op ons hoofdgerecht terwijl er maar……

“The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. ”
