“It was a wonderful stay and the staff are really nice.”

“The property is beautiful and by far the best in Geilo. Lot of parking options. In-house sports bar with a bowling alley. Right next to a railway station and markets. The biggest issue however is that there is no way to contact the housekeeping or reception from the room. Getting anything is difficult. But overall a fantastic place!”

“The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. ”

“I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is a scam operation — they basically steal your money. Even though we informed them that the weather conditions on the Geilo roads were extremely bad, they did nothing to help us. We were left stranded in the cold, and instead of offering any assistance, they simply ignored us until the reservation time had passed. Then, after the reservation date was over, they contacted me and mockingly said that we “could have come.” That is beyond unacceptable. I……

“nice staff,nice hotel”

“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing. After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation. It will be better after it. The breakfast was good with sufficient choices. We just explored Geilo after it by the recommendation from the……
