"Elvis and his wife are very friendly and welcoming, The guesthouse is clean, well equipped, breakfast items well stocked. There is a nice walking park behind the complex. Shops and restaurants within walking distance."

"Stayed 1 night for a long layover between flights. Easily accessible from the Airport via subway, I took the AREX to Unseo Station, and walked about 15 minutes to the Guesthouse. Guesthouse Ko In is in a quiet area not too far from the train station. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby. Check in staff were kind and friendly, and showed me how to change the lock code on my door. If you have luggage, I'd highly recommend an uber or taxi."

"This place was horrible, no costumer service what so ever, far from airport (add $60) for cab there. "

"Very nice location and extremely clean. The only disappointing item was the continental breakfast had only white store boughten bread (not from a bakery nor was it fresh) and frosted flakes along with juice. "

"외관, 정원, 인테리어, 바베큐 장소는 너무 좋았으나 일단 온수 보일러가 개별이 아닌지 온수가 나오다 찬물 나오다해서 불편, 화장실이 너무 노출되어있어서 불편, 침대가 가운데가 꺼져있어서 자다보면 둘이 가운데로 몰리게되서 불편... 정말 너무 피곤하네요. 날짜 변경하는 바람에 십만원 더주고 제일 좋은방이라는데 배정받았는데 룸사이즈도 작고 실망이였습니다. 온수, 침대 메트리스는 손보심이 맞는거 같습니다."
