"The house is absolutely beautiful!! The views are amazing!! Having the option of renting the truck from owner is an added bonus. The outdoor showers were definitely new to me but having fresh air while showering was amazing. The kitchen had a lot of spices and plenty of pots and pans. There were wonderful pool floats available to use. The outside closet had 6 beach chairs, beach tent, back pack cooler, a small and medium hard coolers, snorkel mask and flippers and additional pool floats. The owner checked on us by text several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely beautiful during our stay so hanging out on the pool deck was a must. Plenty of chairs and additional table with chairs was available. "
"The view is EXACTLY as advertised and the photos of the property are current as well. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind, couldn't be happier with the experience. Renting a Jeep is a requirement, not and option, to get to the villa, the beaches and the restaurants. The grocery in Cruz Bay has everything you'd need and there are two just down the hill in Coral Bay that have most things as well. The beaches are amazing! Maho, Truck, and Cinnamon are all in the National Forest area and only 15 minutes or so from the villa. All the beaches on the North Shore road are wonderful, but those are our 3 favorites. Chilling in the private pool was fantastic and we were in it every day (salt system, so very clean and no chemicals). Spent one whole day just enjoying the villa and pool. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was huge and inviting. The kitchenette had everything you'd need and was more than adequate, as long as you don't need to cook a huge gourmet meal (no full size oven, but who cares). Plenty of beach stuff to use, and beach access at the 3 faves was super close to parking, so no shlepping issues. We enjoyed every minute and would rent this property again for sure. No need to add a photo since it looks exactly like the photos in the listing. Enjoy!"

"Trust Me, Your Search is Over!Our group of 6 adults stayed here August 14-19, 2025, and this property exceeded all expectations. We chose it for the central location, layout, and outdoor space with pool – it delivered on every front.Location & AmenitiesPerfectly situated 10-15 minutes from both Cruz Bay and Maho Bay, with Midway Deli & Supermarket just 2 minutes away. Each bedroom has AC and incredibly comfortable beds with great privacy. The well-equipped kitchen and upgraded bathroom amenities were excellent touches. When returning to the villa in the afternoon, we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful patio and pool.Outstanding ServiceCommunication with owners and property managers was exceptional. When Hurricane Erin passed during our stay, they maintained constant contact for our comfort & safety. The property manager even came out to assess a fallen tree and offered to drive us for supplies – service above and beyond!Bottom LineThis experience was worth every penny. The ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality made our trip unforgettable. "We had a fantastic stay at Bay Rum Breeze! The pictures are exactly how the villa looks in person; beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The constant breeze made it so comfortable, and the outdoor showers were absolutely amazing! The property management company was very thorough, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location is also perfect offering prime access to the gorgeous North Shore beaches, and just a 20-minute ride into Cruz Bay for dining and shopping. We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to coming back! It was perfect for our family of 6, but could easily accommodate 8. "
