"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

"island stones has 6 bedrooms with bathrooms all very private. 2 bedrooms on main floor. The rest are very separate. Kind of quirky layout but worked. Youngest children stayed in room with their parents. Pool is 6 foot deep. The most beautiful view we have ever seen! Worked out for our family. Everyone has a tremendous time. "

"Incredible views, amazing access to north shore beaches, trails, and easy drive to Cruz bay for boat excursions. The house was even better than expected- perfect spaces for family- common gathering areas and large bedrooms to have downtime. Kitchen was well stocked, and the host provided beach amenities (chairs, coolers, dry sacks) that were unexpected! We would love to return someday!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! "

"Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat!
With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!!
Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each day! We packed lunches on the days we hiked.
We also enjoyed a couple massage on our balcony one afternoon which I highly recommend...the breeze and nature can't be beat!
Our trip to St. John and especially our stay at Calichi Point met and exceeded all of our expectations! We will be back!!
Our host was great with communicating with us prior to our arrival and were available for any questions we may have had. "

"Paradise on the mountain with views of Coral Bay. Bay Rum Breeze is an absolutely gorgeous home. What I wouldn’t give to have a family room wall to slide open and enjoy ocean breezes! Check in process was flawless. Beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, cooler provided (freezer filled with reusable ice packs); all made beach days so much easier. Very few miner “house” issues. Dining chairs were loose at joints, one stove burner didn’t light, dryer vent needed cleaning, dishwasher bottom rack was wonky. All these issues are typical home issues that were reported and some of them were addressed the same day! All in all a fabulous week with family and would highly recommend this home. Oh, and the frogs and lizards were awfully cute too."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Celeste Vista. The view from the deck, the private pool, the outdoor shower and the lovely amenities in the house could not be beat. The gift to take home and the cold champagne waiting for us when we arrived was icing on the cake and made our honeymoon absolutely perfect. We are already thinking of what anniversary (1st? 5th? All of them??) we will come back to St. John for, and there's no where else we would like to stay than Villa Celeste. If you are looking for a secluded retreat with a view that you will dream about, a book of recommendations for restaurants, activites and food (if you even decide to leave the deck and private pool), and a host that goes above and beyond - don't look anywhere else!! We will be back!"

"The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets.
Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything!"
