Fantastic place to stay. The managers were so nice, they were always nearby to answer questions and make sure we were having a good time. Our roo. Was kept very clean and stayed cool. The hotel had towels, chairs, snorkels, and other beach equipment for us to borrow as well as sunscreen and other toiletries left behind by other guests. They offer free parking and the hotel is an easy walk into Cruz Bay to get to the taxi stand or shopping/ restaurants. Hope to come back some day!

The St John Inn is a hidden gem. We were so lucky to have come across it. The reviews were spot on and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoy our time in St John. I can’t say enough about how special and quaint the Inn was. 5 stars for us!

I can NOT say enough good things. My boyfriend and I just got back from a week here and we had THE BEST experience. We felt truly submerged in the heartbeat of the island, walkable to Cruz Bay and a ton of other restaurants, walkable to a market, tons of car rental businesses, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Night 1 our AC went out, the next morning we were promptly relocated to another room (upgraded). Karen and Angie were both beyond friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Karen helped us with the way of the island, restaurants recommendations, beach recommendations, car rentals, and sight seeing in general. We are already looking for another week we can come back and we will choose this hotel once again. Stay here and you won’t regret it!

We arrived and Angie took us on a tour of the property as if we were staying in her home. Everything you want is readily available. Snorkels, towels, beach chairs, coolers. She even has hats and books in her office. The beauty of St. John is that it is unplugged. It’s like going back in time… and the St. John Inn matches the feel of the town. Thank you Angie!

We were totally pleased with our stay at St John Inn. It was conveniently located to the boat dock, down town, two supermarkets, the taxi stand, the National Park and lots of fun restaurants. The Inn’s staff were delightful and attentive. The Continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the day and plan for the days activities.

Everything was perfect at the St. John Inn! Karen was lovely and a friendly host. The room and property was clean and welcoming, and we really appreciated the amenities they offered. The free breakfast and pool was a huge bonus! Also we loved seeing Bob and the other cats on the property. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. John.

We loved our stay! The hotel is quaint, friendly hosts, close to everything in Cruz Bay. They have equipment available for a beach day (coolers, chairs, snorkels, etc.), free parking, lovely happy hour to enjoy and meet the other guests, and a refreshing pool to end your day. We would stay here again.

St John Inn has an incredible ambiance that makes it a wonderful experience all round. It is tucked into an eclectic part of Cruz Bay that may not work for everyone. It’s a bit on the older side but that’s also what creates its awesome charm & vibe! Karen and the staff are amazing. They will jump to help however they can, on any request. We felt so comfortable and taken care of during our stay. Loved the short walk to pretty much everything you might want to do. My husband and I had a blast! Would definitely stay again.

Decent breakfast provided. Egg o waffles, packaged english muffins and bagels. Fruit or yogurt would have been a nice addition. Wonderful that they allowed us to use beach equipments- chairs, toys, cooler, towels. Patio was nice to eat at (there are cats that hang around however). Clean, close to the grocery stores and the ferry. Nice pool.

Great location and wonderful staff! Karen and Dave were so helpful with restaurant recommendations, beach recommendations and Dave planned a full day road for us. The small pool was so nice to have after a hot walk back from town. Nice to have complimentary rum punch happy hour. Appreciated the free use of beach chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties ! Only thing that could be improved on was the breakfast. Would have loved some yogurt and fruit!
