“Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

“This was the worst stay i've ever had. We get there at 4pm (check in time) and the beds werent made, there were towels in the rooms and all over the bathroom. It obviously wasnt cleaned yet, so we left to go eat and at 4:50 the property manager calls and says the cleaning crew was running behind. Parking is very hard to come by after 4, so we get back at 5 and its pouring down rain and we try to get in and the cleaning crew is inside so we had to wait out in the rain with all of our stuff until……

“Would not stay here again. Floor was filthy despite the property management claiming the cleaners mopped it before our stay. White socks turned grey and sand covered the smaller bedroom floor. Property management delivered a mop and bucket to DIY. Four buckets of black mop water later, the floor was in better shape. Did I mention we were supposed to be on vacation and not mopping floors? Only one interior door actually shuts properly— the master bedroom. Good luck with privacy between the master……

“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living……

“The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable.
