“We were quite pleased overall with this home and really enjoyed it as the base for our stay on St. Simon’s Island! The location is excellent- we found plenty of enjoyable ways to pass the days. All worked well for us at the house… the grill was almost rusted through and ready to be replaced, but we were still able to use it. Kyle was wonderful to work with!”

“Home was clean and well kept in a safe neighborhood. WiFi, television, and board games were nice to have. There are also beach chairs, bags, and towels in the garage for guests to use. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. ”

“Getaway for the family beautiful house with great character local to everything. Having beach stuff on site perfect. Enjoyed many bike rides around town and to restraunts. This house has everthing you need and hosts are responsive to messages. Thanks for a great vacation ”

“We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent- close to downtown and restaurants, yet only about 6 minutes from Walmart, which was very convenient. The complex is well maintained, clean, and quiet.We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks in the pond and listening to the fountain. The condo itself was clean, well kept, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.”

“We loved the black pearl. Was perfect for us. Very clean, loved the retro kitchen. We had the carport side, which i liked. The blue pearl dosent. Will stay again. Only thing i could say. Do need blinds in bedroom. Host was great and stay was great!”
