“Nice hotel clean.Near everything.Only problem shower never was real warm .”

“Our hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The television and internet in our room did not work, which meant that basic in-room amenities we expected were unavailable. We reported the problems, but we were not moved to another room until approximately 6:00 p.m. the following day. Waiting most of the day for the room change disrupted our plans and caused a major inconvenience for our family. The children were bored and disappointed while we waited. “Overall, our stay was decent. The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. They are currently renovating, so the hallways were not the cleanest, but I do feel like some of that is to be expected while renovations are going on. The room itself was pretty dark, and the bathroom was also very dark. Better lighting would make a huge difference. The shower was actually really good.
