"Excellent stay! The rooms and facilities are all clean and in great shape, the lobby area is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the views from rooms are fantastic. Perfect location. Rochelle at front desk (and her manager - I don’t have a have name) was a rock star helping me when there was an issue with my reservation and resolved it to my satisfaction. The only complaint I have, and this is very minor, is that there was a weird odor in the hallway throughout our stay. Nothing looked dirty or anything so I don’t know what it was."

"It was a cute and fun hotel. We have nothing but nice things to say. It is locally owned, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We arrived at 8:30am, and they moved things around to be able to get us into a room right away. When we checked out, they held our luggage for us until we were ready to go to the airport that night. "

"The hotel was lovely, our room was amazing and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The beach and pool towels we so handy, we loved the gym and the pool. There was a bus stop right outside and the beach and shops were so close. The entertainment and cheese and wine night were absolutely brilliant and I loved having free coffee every morning. I stayed here as a mum with my 2 boys and felt completely safe and comfortable. The only negative was the lifts took forever and were very crowded but I think there my have been an issue with a couple of them so I'm sure it's been sorted by now. The best thing about this hotel were the staff on the front desk. They were always so friendly and helpful. The lady that checked us in, I think her name was Biki, she was absolutely amazing. We had just landed from Japan and had a 16 hour time difference and were exhausted. I didn't expect to be allowed to check in early but she arranged it so we could and she also helped out by moving things around so that we could stay in the same room for 6 nights as I'd made 2 bookings over the 6 nights in different rooms. The beautiful room that she arranged for us, letting us check in early and not having to move rooms really made our stay here amazing and we are so grateful to her. She is a credit to the hotel and I can't thank her enough. "
