"I did not know there was a kitchen. The receptionist did not give us lots of information about the hotel."

"The location from the airport is good. We stayed two different nights and each night. The air conditioning did not work. Every time we went to have breakfast at least 45 minutes before closing time, they ran out of food."

Their free breakfast in the morning was awesome, had great options and was pretty darn good for being free. We were so pleasantly surprised. Extra special thanks to Sawn for going above and beyond for us. The room was better than expected, pretty clean and good condition. "

"The hotel first floor it’s super dirty, we didn’t use the pool, restaurant or gym. They charge for parking, there is not parking close by for stays, they also charge extra for using the amenities. $75 dls, extra per day! Horrible experience "

"The Housekeeping staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The front desk personnel were helpful and competent but not very personable. The bell service and the valet were very understaffed and trying their best to service guests, to the point they were visibly stressed and flustered ."
