"Good location. Parking is easy. Disappointed with the check in. I called few days before to make sure we check in smoothly. The receptionist told us we can come as early as 3pm and they will help us. We waited till past 4pm to get our room keys. Receptionist that day is not even updating me. I had to check reception few times to ask if the room is ready. Food truck available was bad. We put an order for smoothies there were five people behind us and they all got their order before us so I approached the cashier and she had an attitude and told me we go by the list. And how can the other five people behind me got their order first and left while me and my family are still waiting. On check out day. We were woken up at 7am by the housekeeper. Pretending to check if we check out already. Check out is at 10am. The bathrooms have hair all over the floor. On first day kids are screaming by the swimming pool at 9pm I had to call the desk. Since they said 8pm is quiet time in the pool. Otherwise they have accommodated my request for more dish soap and laundry detergents which I appreciate."
