“Emily was an excellent host and very communicative before our visit and during if I ever had any questions. The house itself was lovely and had plenty of space. The pictures were great, but I'd say it was even better in person! Everything was clean and stocked, and we had no issues with any aspect of the property. I'd absolutely recommend this Vrbo rental and would gladly stay again if ever in the area. Thanks so much Emily for your hospitality!”

“I really enjoyed my getaway night here. The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. Comfy bed as well, and there’s a beautiful walk right next to the lake, which is only a few steps to get to. I would definitely come again.”

“The setting was beautiful, a shimming lake and a burst of colour from autumn foliage. Unfortunately the cottage was lacking. Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. But, the most upsetting was the Lack of Communication with the host and the agency, The Muskoka Waterfront Retreat. We wanted a 3 night reservation, but mistakenly entered 2. “Beautiful lake! canoe, kayaks, paddle boat, water trampoline. Relaxing stay in a clean comfortable unit. Nice deck to sit on overlooking the lake. Very friendly hospitality. ”

“Waterfront was beautiful. The accomodations were less than what I was expecting for the price. Looked like garage sale furniture. Bed was comfortable. Curtains and their hand sewn hem was below standard. Not seeing or being able to talk to an owner face to face is not good. ”
