Definitely coming back!

We absolutely enjoyed out stay at Koco's Cabana! It had absolutely everything we needed for the kitchen, the beach, you name it - it was there. I loved the bunk room - my daughter stayed in there and she had plenty of room obv. My son stayed in the second bedroom and said the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I were in the master and the bed was so comfortable. So many great recommendations in the blue binder for eating and activity. We really used that binder for ideas and everything was spot on! The only and I mean only thing that would have made things easier would be a second shower in the master instead of just a 1/2 bath. That made it a little complicated having to share a shower, but there is one downstairs to wash off from the beach and my husband used that everyday LOL! I am sure the owner wishes there was another shower also. It's just not possible. But hey - we made it work and didn't let that get in our way. We truly enjoyed this space and I have already sent the info to 2 of my friends that were asking. We loved the location as well - we walked to and from the beach everyday - it's a few blocks away, so easy. We drove everywhere else. Thank you to the owners for keeping such a great vacation home!! Thank you for sharing it also. We plan to come back!!

Awesome getaway

Perfect get away house

Close to everything! Beach, shops, dining, Wright brothers, sand dunes. Perfect for my family and dogs to stay at with plenty of room and the extra beach gear they provided came in handy! We would stay here again the next time we visit OBX!

OBX Kill Devil Hills

We looked at several properties over a period of more than a week before deciding on KOKO Cabana. Let me tell you it was a fantastic place to stay. Close to a 5 minute walk to the beach made seeing the early morning sunrise easy to catch. The listing was extremely accurate in every way. I did reach out to the leasing agent once before arrival and once after. Very quick response both times. A detailed welcome letter spelled out all the rules and gave suggestions on local places to visit. The house was stocked well with immediate and necessary items. Very clean and dog friendly. This property will be at the top of our list for our next visit to the Outer Banks, Kill Devil Hills area!

Perfect house by the beach

Good getaway

Excellent location for beach access. Every thing was walking distance and the property literally has all necessities for the beach. Perfect location, walking distance to lots of conveniences (grocery, restaurants and BEACH)Very responsive property manager and quiet neighborhood, felt like we had whole street to our selves.

Peaceful visit

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the backyard for the dogs. Great location. Very complimentary on check in/out times in off season. The back porch was my favorite space.One suggestion…the limitations of pets on furniture should be listed on property listing not just welcome letter for a “pet friendly” listing. At that time already purchased and may not be able to refund.I had a wonderful time!! Thank you.

Great Pet-friendly getaway

Enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the location was great - very close to the beach and close to grocery stores and other shops. I brought my pup and found the house to be very pet-friendly since it has a securely fenced backyard as well as a gate on the front deck.

Beachy clean

Clean & comfortable space. Loved the screened-in porch and variety of seating options. Bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable (not our typical experience in rentals) and our kiddo loved the bunk beds. House was the perfect size for our family of 3 (plus dog). Great to have a fenced in yard for the pup! We also loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Clint was quick to respond to our questions. Overall, a great experience.

Great OBX house/ Super clean & cute!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Property manager was super responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations! House was super clean and the beds were real comfy. Family of 4 beach vacation

Perfect location in Kill Devil Hills and a great rental for my husband & me plus two "kids" in their low 20s. Also, it was very accommodating for our dog - nice neighborhood to walk in, a great fenced backyard, and a short drive to Nags Head Woods Preserve which has terrific wooded trails! Honestly, we had ZERO complaints about the place.

Awesome home and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Koko Cabana!! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. It’s in a perfect spot for getting to the beach and has several dining spots in walking distance, with an endless number of nearby choices within a 5-10 min drive! The house was also perfect for our fur baby! She loved the fenced in yard, dog friendly beaches, and blocks to walk around the neighborhood. Great stay and Clint responded immediately to any questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house!

This house is SOOO clean!! The decor is cozy and modern. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and absolutely LOVED it. The king bed was super comfy. The big fenced in yard was perfect for our lab mix to run around in. A short walk to the ocean in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I had a question about a TV app and owner responded to me within 5 minutes. They have thought of so many necessities. You don't need to bring much. We will most definitely be staying here again!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO vacation rental, and our experience was absolutely delightful. The location was a true gem - nestled just a stone's throw away from the beach and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. This made our vacation not only relaxing but also incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to transport all our beach essentials. This thoughtful touch made our beach outings so much more enjoyable and hassle-free. It's evident that the hosts have put in a lot of effort to ensure their guests have everything they need for a memorable vacation. The well-equipped kitchen was another standout feature. Having a fully equipped kitchen with the basics allowed us to prepare our own meals whenever we felt like it. This convenience added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. It's clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for their guests. Additionally, the communication with the host was seamless and responsive, making the entire booking process and our stay stress-free. Nice stay in OBX

This cottage was cute, clean and had all of the necessities to make our week stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great with Publix right across the street and the beach just a 2 block walk the other direction. With the gas grill we were able to eat in several of our dinners. It was so nice to not have to worry about packing beach chairs and the beach wagon was fantastic, we want to buy one for our house!

Super clean (an ABSOLUTE MUST for us) had everything we needed for a family vacation at the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, even a wagon to tote items to the beach)! Beds were comfortable, back porch was relaxing, kitchen equipped with all we needed to cook meals. Proximity to beach and also a really good raw bar (and target with a Starbucks a short walk away). Mini golf a block away. This place has it all!!! Highly recommend!!!

Welcoming Cottage

Clint was super helpful, and everything was very clean. We had a wonderful time. It was close enough to walk to the ocean and other attractions. So many options nearby, we couldn't see them all. We did drive up to Corolla and over to Hatteras and Manteo. We went to the OBXH2O park - hint Sunday was the perfect day, I'm not sure if it was because of check in/check out or Father's Day but no waiting for any of the slides. We'll definitely use KoKo's Cabana again!

Should not be rated at a 5 it was 10 Absolutely beautiful!! Everything was in walking distance, My dog absolutely love this. The yard was perfect, I slept better down there than I did at home. Everything is efficient…. There’s everything you want down there you don’t have to worry about anything boogie boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas They have a fridge raider upstairs and downstairs Absolutely!! I will rent this place again. Clint is very very nice. He made sure everything was perfect. Bed linens, towels. Perfect!! Thank you so much for letting me rent this place hopefully I can do it next year. Also the neighbors very very sweet!! again I get this attend 10!!
