“My family stayed here for two nights. This location is just around the corner from the caves, but is secluded. An excellent place to stay to avoid the crowds. The hostess responds fairly quickly to questions. I highly recommend going on the farm tour if you can - the tour is usually included for people staying at one of the hostess's properties, and includes the opportunity to meet sheep, cows, goats, alpacas, emus, and ostriches. “From the moment we drove in Kawhia bay and stepped onto the balcony we were in heavon! The Bach had everything we needed, we were able to bbq every night, the kitchen was well equipped, large fridge to stock our food and drinks (note there are no local shops so you need to bring what you need - closet general store is 15 min drive). Bed was super comfy and the open kitchen and living area that opened on to balcony looking over the bay was fantastic. The large dining table was great to not only……
