Minuses: only one bath towel per person, one communal hand towel, no shampoo nor conditioner, not enough storage space in the bathroom, uncomfortable chairs. However, the duvet and blankets they provide are plenty warm, and there are extra heaters provided, plus some electric blankets I think. People complained about the diesel smell, while present, ..."
