Within building have lifestyle Mall, Restaurants, Saloon, Outpatient Clinic, Pharmacy, Indoor Theme Park, Food court, Grocery Store, Laundry, Sky Gym & infinity Swimming Pool with 360 city view
It's centrally located close to: Airport(8.9km); City center(4.7km); Timberland Medical Centre(3.6km), Borneo Medical Centre(4.9km), Swinburne University(4km); Borneo Cultures Museum(4km)
The space
The studio apartment has been cleaned and sanitized, bedroom with all essentials, Queen sized bed, 2 bedside cabinets, full height wardrobe, air-conditioning, 40" Television, working or study table and chair; Hair dryer, Iron and board, etc.
Kitchen top and lower cabinet with sink, complete with utensils, electric induction cooker and hood, 2 doors refrigerator, etc.
Bathroom with water heater, towels, shampoo, body soap, complete washroom accessories, etc.
Guest access
Grab cars are easily accessible to Ragatta hotel entrance, hassle free for pickup and drop off at Kozi Square.
For own driving, you can take parking ticket at the carpark enterance and can park any parking lot at basement B1. The parking fee is rm1 per hour, up to maximum rm8 per day. After midnight count as new day.
If you wish to apply a seasonal carpark card, need to inform Host one day earlier.
The carpark card fee is RM10 per day, for unlimited entry to basement B2 or B3 and can park at any parking lot.
Other things to note
Grab cars are easily accessible to Regatta hotel entrance, hassle free for pickup and drop off at Kozi Square.
For own driving, there are a lot of parking space at basement B1, B2 and B3. The parking fee is rm1 per hour, up to maximum rm8 per day.
If you wish to apply a seasonal carpark card, need to inform Host one day earlier.
The carpark card fee is RM10 per day, for unlimited entry to basement B2 or B3 and can park at any parking lot.
Have 24 hours security officers on duty.
