And for a memorable day trip, head east to explore Joshua Tree National Park, just 34 miles from your door.

The well-equipped, full kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high end knives and cookware, and a breakfast bar perfect for all your cooking needs. Gather at the dining table for formal meals or to play a few of the provided board games in the evenings. The living room offers a large sofa, a wet bar, and a cable and Roku-equipped TV, making it the ideal place for movie nights.

Owner does not have a mailbox, correspondence cannot be received at the home.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2 parking spaces are available in the garage for 2 mid size vehicle and parking for 2 more vehicles in the driveway.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
