We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

MAX OCCUPANTS
Can sleep up to 24 guests. Any number of guests beyond the 16 on the reservation must be disclosed prior to arrival. There will be a $35/person per night extra fee for the additional guests.
NOTE: This home has a detached casita (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, seating area) available that is an additional fee.

POOL HEATING
>$150/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

Amazing holiday home!

By far the best place that I have ever stayed in. The owner was extremely helpful and the place was absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend staying here. The house was clean and furnished beautifully, with an amazing pool and games room. I’ll definitely be staying here again if ever in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
