GUARD Gated Community! Two car garage. Very quiet location. Adjacent to Summerlin. 10-15 minutes to the Strip and Convention Center. Close to excellent major shopping and downtown Summerlin.

Every bedroom feels like a Master Suite, with attached bathrooms. Formal Living Room, Family Room with Fireplace, Formal Dining Room, Kitchen Nook.

Master Suite has an en-suite. How sweet is that? Large walk-in closet! Shower, and separate jacuzzi style bath tub.

Beautiful house, perfect location

This was a great house for our group. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything and in a quiet gated neighborhood. The owner responded right away with any questions we had. We will definitely use this home again .
